Korean boat sinks in Bering Sea


Seoul, South Korea (CNN) -- A South Korean fishing boat with 60 crew members on board sank in the Bering Sea on Monday, the South Korean Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries said.


One person has died and 52 people are still missing. Seven crew members were rescued.


The cause of the sinking wasn't immediately known.


CNN affiliate YTN reports there were 11 South Koreans, 1 Russian, 35 Indonesians, and 13 Filipino crew members on board.
